User Training Services & Rates
On-Site Services
Bring a Books in Order Training Partner to your church to consult with and train your staff and volunteers using your PowerChurch Plus database. This personalized instruction is tailored to your specific training needs and moves at your speed.
Our on-site services may include consultation and database design assistance, initial module setup, bookkeeping and internal controls instruction, fund, chart of accounts and financial reporting, and/or we will bring our acclaimed regional user training to your church location.
On-site training is available on a fixed rate basis of $395 per business day and reimbursement for travel and materials related expenses.
On-Line & Remote Services
We utilize phone, email and a secure on-line portal to provide you with our PowerChurch Plus training and support services - while eliminating the costs associated with travel. Books in Order has partnered with Cisco Webex to ensure the highest quality, secure Internet based training and support platform available today. With Books in Order remote training and support, you receive our best instruction on your time schedule, at your pace. Saturday and after-hours appointments may be available.
Remote training and support is available at $50 per hour (billed in 15 minute increments). Churches may also choose to purchase block support hours in 10 hour increments discounted to $450 per block.
